Have you ever been bogged down by the world? I have. Trials of life at times take over and we are burdened down by the cares of the world and the people in it.
But as children of God, we shouldn't get to this point in life and stay there. Why?
Because...I John 4:4 tells us..."Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them because greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world."
The wiley ole' devil would love for us to live defeated Christian lives. He desires to destroy us like a roaring lion. But just as Pharaoh couldn't recapture the Israelites and put them back in bondage, Satan cannot hold us in bondage to him anymore either. Why? Because we are over comers through Jesus Christ. God didn't allow Pharaoh to cross the Red Sea and He will not allow Satan to cross the line He has drawn in our lives.
Set out today to live in the victorious life that God has for you...Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.
