Romans 12:1 "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable, unto God which is your reasonable service."
How much of God does the world see through you...
I was pondering upon my daily walk of life and had to do a self examination to answer this question. How many times do I even consider that there are those who never go to church or have knowledge of who Jesus Christ "really" is?
Consider for a moment...
If you were the only example people had to see of Christ, would they have a chance of knowing who God is? Do you live your life on a daily basis so that others see Christ through you? If you are a Christian "Christ like" people ought to know Christ by looking at you. Do you ever consider your walk with God?
If you are a saved person, I guarantee you there are unsaved people every where you go watching how you live your life, how you react to situations, and your daily attitude toward life. There is family, friends, co-workers, and acquaintances who watch every move you make. Can they see something different in you by the way you live your life? They should be able to tell that you are different. Are you someone who they could ask to pray for them when they have a problem or need? Is your Christianity "real"?
Today there are so many people who are hypocritical. They say they are saved yet live like they are lost. Lost people only use hypocrites for excuses as to why they don't need God. Don't put yourself in this rank of Christianity. Be "real" to people.
Live as Christ would live. Walk as He would walk. Let those around you know what a great God you serve...not by what you say, but how you live.
Again, how much of God does the world see through you?
