Who's Gonna Show Them

In honor of my children: Haley Dawn and Mark Anthony. I pray that I will always be a living example to you both...

Today I sat and pondered my life and how I live,

I wandered what my children see, what do I have to give?

Is the life I live in front of them enough to shine God's light?

I think about this often when I lay in bed at night.

As a mother I must show them how to live for God.

The only way I can do that is to watch the path I trod.

Yes, God made me a mother. Oh how I'm filled with glee.

I pray I'll never forget my responsibility.

Raise them by example, daily show God's love.

But most of all teach them how to live with God above.
